A while back I half heartedly put out a call for a pen pal. And either I'm an extremely facinating person from my blog or he was just really bored, I actually received a response! I'm going to say it's the former because he was in Grenada at the time and I can see how anyone could be bored on a tropical island on somebody else's dime....mostly. Ahh but I digress.
We exchanged emails and eventually worked our way to phone calls, even a visit and have become good friends.
Yesterday I received an email announcement from the University of South Florida for there 2012 Spring semester commencement ceremonies featuring my friend, RKJ, will be conferred a Doctorate of Philosophy in Applied Anthropology.
And I would like to take a second to congradulate my friend RKJ, the doctor on his accomplishment!
