Self,
Earlier I mentioned that I've fallen back in to the habit of watching TV regularly again. As I said there is a rather long list of shows that I've been watching. One of which is "Being Human." It's on the SyFy channel. The story is three people living together 2 guys and a girl. (revers three's company) but the catch is 1 guy is a vampire (Aidan -who I think is kinda sexy) the other guy is a werewolf (Josh) and the girl is a ghost, (Sally).
They live together trying to carve out a piece of "life" for themselves that is normal...while most of that seems to be about the human elements of their lives.
I'll admit it's not totally original...it's an adaptation of a series that's running on the BBC ....lol better so far since there's no bloody accents!
All three hate that they are "monsters." There even some scenes where they argue who is the bigger monster with the more f*cked up life. Aidan (like those of the "Twilight" series,) is a vampire that doesn't want to feed on people. So he gets blood from the hospital where he and Josh works. Aidan is in a way the center of the show because he's over 200 years old, so he seen alot. He's at odds with the other vampires in the city, so he constant having to defend his position, and then there the fact that he is fighting his own "nature."
The writing for this show is really good, I actually feel something for this characters....almost as if they may be friends of mine. Crazy huh?
Sincerely,
Pharoah

Ewww. You like the American verison?!?!. Suck it up son. Deal with the British accents and switch over to the TRUE Being Human. The show is much better...LOL.
LOL there's nothing that the British has done that we have duplicated and didn't do better.
We live in a country that is...5000 times the size of the British.
We have a better government by doing away with that pesky monarchy.
Our "empire" is better managed because we have allies that are willing to help us "police" the smaller nations rather than try to rob us of those nations.
We invented television, so it makes sense that we would make a better program.
You my friend some how just have been brainwashed by British superiority complex fiasco.
=)
